The information you enter in Smart Matching is stored only in On Yi Home’s platform database and is not automatically forwarded to any care home, so you can feel at ease.
Information is handled as follows:
- After matching is complete, if a family chooses to enquire about a specific care home, On Yi Home staff will follow up individually. Care homes themselves cannot directly access family information.
- You must tick consent before submitting matching information. We record your consent and the time of consent.
- Matching information is retained for 12 months. The matching session (WizardSession) automatically expires after 48 hours.
